Belvedere Block Three-Person Road Relays, Belvedere Hall, west of Carterton,
16 September 2006
A strong north-westerly added to the challenge at the start and finish of
each lap. Plus the occasional sprinkle of rain off the Tararuas. Some strong Scottish performances here: Firsts in the M16,
COMP15, M19, W and M, COMP, and seconds in W16, M19, and a third in M40.
The 7k lap may be a couple of hundred metres short.
Tim Hodge's time of 21:02 (despite the wind) looks to be a men's course
record.
