Block Road Relays, Carterton, 18 September 2005
Although the gusty
winds were occasionally trying, we had generally good
conditions
for this pleasant country relay around a block popular with
local harrier clubs (the 7k nominal distance is about 150m too
short and so the k/min are a little underestimated). Scottish
teams took top honours in the M19, the masters women
and the masters men. 26 members participated, including Peter
Wrigley who also ran another lap for Aurora B in 27:05 (a composite team
from Aurora, Scottish and Wellington).
