The Loaded Hog 5k Series I - Race 2, 16 August 2005
The
return of the northerly tested the participants in the second
race. Hot competition at the front of the race walk saw Lynn
Broad scoot ahead of last week's winner David Lonsdale and a
recovering Bart Jones. Lynn's time was 34:03.
In the run, Clive Cooper turned in a nippy 16:31 to lead James Coubrough home by 16 seconds. Sarah Christie was the first woman, clocking 18:07, a minute or so ahead of Pernille Fletcher.
