University Relays and Chocolate Walk 2014

Congratulations to our 19 teams at today Uni Relays. Well done to the victorious senior men and senior women! Cameron Goldsmid was the fastest man (12:30), while Tina Harris was fastest woman (14:48).

In the Chocolate Walk, we had a Scottish trifecta with Terri Grimmett being the first across the in a time of 00:37:50, and overall closest to estimated time by 2 seconds, followed by David Cooke (11 seconds) and Peter Tearle (13 seconds).

Junior races:
9 and under - 1.30pm (1.2km)
11 and under - 1.50pm (2km)
13 and under - 2.10pm (2km)

Seniors and older juniors race in teams of 4 around a 4km loop on the tracks and sand dunes around QEII Park. Starts 2.45pm (all relay grades start together)

This year there is an Open 50 grade for the first time.
