A cold, rainy day at Trentham attracted about 36 teams from area schools, 10 girls' teams and 26 boys', one more than last year.

These annual relays were held for the second year on a course at Trentham Memorial Park, along the sealed pathways.

These annual events attracted 36 teams from 16 colleges, for a total of 195 competitors, a small gain from last year. We are still missing the names of the Wainuiomata College team.
