web-site is a MUST for any walker wanting to improve performance, especially race walkers and serious freestyle
sports walkers. Of
particular interest on the site is “Racewalk 101” on the right of the top menu-bar.
At the bottom of each page, there are several links to interesting
articles – especially technique. But do not ignore the many other really
great items to read and learn from. Dave’s

McGovern is a top walker
with many hints and tips. One of the better sites – worth a good look. Dave
